PSI Pax Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Management Analyst Junior to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
In support of the WOLF services procurement requirements, PSI Pax provides acquisition support services in the following areas:
- Collaborate with Government customers to develop requirements packages, acquisition strategies, Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and supporting acquisition documentation.
- Conduct market research and assist in the evaluation of acquisition approaches to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Department of Navy policies.
- Provide contract strategy recommendations and vendor management support throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
- Analyze acquisition, financial, and performance data to identify trends, risks, resource constraints, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Coordinate with Business Financial Managers (BFMs), Government Project Leads (GPLs), Contracting Officers, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to support successful acquisition outcomes.
- Develop and maintain acquisition metrics, reports, dashboards, and executive-level briefings to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable acquisition regulations, policies, procedures, and contractual requirements while supporting mission priorities and organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance.
- less than 3 years of experience
. Education:
- Bachelor's degree. No degree plus six (6) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories;
- Associates degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience related to the applicable labor categories required experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
