We're looking for a motivated, organized, detail-oriented Client Associate to:

• maintain client information records
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help deliver and execute strategic initiatives to better service the clients
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• schedule client meetings
• process business expenses

You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. You'll be working with the team Panava Partners in Chicago, IL. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a Client Associate, you'll play an important role in partnering with the team to provide service to our clients.

Your expertise

Your expertise

• SIE, Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
