Our client is a data and analytics strategy and benchmarking business, working with many of the top banks in New York. The team we are recruiting for is made up of some of the smartest ex front office bankers across sales, trading and strategy. The firm is circa 100 people and has a start-up feel, though is well established.

We're looking for someone likely 3-4 years into their banking career, or from another consulting firm. You'll enjoy working with data and contributing to broad strategy projects with major banks such as Goldman, JPM and Citi. Projects can be focused e.g. why is our FX business not doing well, or broader e.g. why is our share price falling... You'll feel confident enough to step up to presenting your ideas to a Global Head across a markets business over time.

We are looking for:

1. Tenacious and conscientious characters who enjoy variety in their everyday from client calls, to data problems to presenting to senior people
2. Solid, rounded experience in global markets/investment banking or potentially corporate banking
3. Strong data skills, especially with Excel e.g. pivots, look ups and some light modelling of complex data
4. Client-facing skills; ability to network and build relationships at the highest level
5. Ability to work at pace and work with competing priorities effectively
6. An empathetic and caring individual who likes to work as a sole agent and as part of a wider team in equal measure

Salary: Base 110-140 USD depending on level + 20% average bonus (can go up to 30-35%)
