Change Analyst - Salesforce Transformation
Contract to December 2026 | $775 + Super per day

We're partnering with a leading university to engage an experienced Change Analyst to support a large-scale Salesforce implementation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact transformation program within the higher education sector, contributing to the successful delivery of a major CRM rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of change management activities across a complex technology program
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
• Assist in the development of communications, training materials, and engagement plans
• Work closely with Change Managers and project teams to drive business readiness and adoption

About You:

• Proven experience as a Change Analyst within large-scale technology or transformation programs
• Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM implementations highly desirable
• Experience in higher education or similarly complex environments advantageous
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
