Role Overview:
The purpose of this position is to support health insurance product pricing and analysis, facilitating data-driven decisions through comprehensive evaluation of market and channel dynamics. The role includes preparing reports for stakeholders and engaging in cross-regional communication in English, contributing to the organisation's overall product strategy.

Key Skills & Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in pricing analysis or health insurance underwriting/quotation
• Strong understanding of health insurance pricing logic, regulatory standards, and profit sources
• Demonstrable modelling skills with solid analytical and logical thinking capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with VBA or Python
• Experience with PROPHET actuarial software is advantageous
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Actuarial qualification (North American, UK, or China) is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Organise and perform health insurance product analysis and pricing based on distribution channel, market conditions, and profit targets
• Manage health insurance data, perform statistical analyses, and produce analytical reports to guide pricing assumptions and strategic initiatives
• Prepare and deliver analytical reports for shareholders, including presentations and English communication with regional underwriters
• Support internal product calculations, reviews, and governance processes, ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the department aligned with business needs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, or related fields
• At least 3 years’ experience in pricing analysis or health insurance underwriting/quotation
• Familiarity with health insurance pricing, regulations, and profit drivers
• Strong modelling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, VBA, or Python
• Ability to communicate fluently in English for reports and meetings
• Actuarial qualification (North American, UK, or China) is a plus
• Right to work on-site in Shenzhen, China
