Wir suchen einen detailorientierten und motivierten Buchhalter (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unser Finanzteam in Hamburg. In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das laufende Tagesgeschäft im Bereich Buchhaltung, die monatlichen Abschlussroutinen sowie die steuerlichen Compliance-Prozesse sowohl nach deutschem HGB als auch nach US-GAAP.

Ihre Aufgaben

Hauptbuch & operative Buchhaltung

• Verwaltung die täglichen Bank- und Liquiditätsvorgänge
• Durchführung der monatlichen und quartalsweisen Abschlussarbeiten gemäß HGB und US-GAAP
• Prüfung der Standardbuchungen
• Bearbeitung operativer konzerninterner Transaktionen, einschließlich konzerninterner Rechnungsstellung und Kostenverteilung
• Verwaltung der routinemäßigen Wechselkursumrechnung

Umsatzrealisierung & Forderungsmanagement

• Unterstützung der monatlichen und quartalsweisen Verfahren zur Umsatzrealisierung nach HGB und US-GAAP
• Pflege der Dokumentation zur Percentage of Completion (POC), zu abgegrenzten Erträgen und unfakturierten Leistungen
• Mitwirkung bei den Wertberichtigungen der Forderungen zum Jahresende sowie beim laufenden Vertragsmanagement im Hinblick auf Forderungen

Steuerliche Compliance & Berichtswesen

• Erstellung und Übermittlung der monatlichen lokalen Compliance-Meldungen, einschließlich Umsatzsteuer, Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherungsmeldungen
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der jährlichen Körperschaftsteuer- und Gewerbesteuererklärungen
• Unterstützung bei Steuerprüfungen und gesetzlichen Abschlussprüfungen der deutschen Jahresabschlüsse
• Erstellung und Pflege der monatlichen lokalen Abschluss-Checkliste, um einen ordnungsgemäßen Monatsabschluss sicherzustellen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Buchhaltung, Finanzwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
• 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
• Erfahrung mit lokalen deutschen Steuerroutinen (Umsatzsteuer, Lohnsteuer) ist von Vorteil
• Solide Grundkenntnisse im HGB, Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung mit US-GAAP sind ein klares Plus
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
• Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) ist von Vorteil. Nachweisliche Erfahrung in einem "Born in the Cloud"- bzw. Cloud-Native-Technologieunternehmen - zwingende Voraussetzung.

Compensation: annual salary ranging from €72,000 to €80,000
