Job Description:

Compensation, Incentives & Segmentation Analytics

• Analyze agency compensation, incentives, productivity, and segmentation trends to generate actionable business insights.
• Monitor compensation governance, package validations, compensation eligibility, and financial reporting.
• Manage compensation reconciliations, referral bonuses, recruitment package reporting, and related analytics.
• Develop and enhance agent segmentation frameworks, productivity diagnostics, and movement tracking across agency tiers.
• Serve as the key contact with Finance and Regional Office on compensation-related initiatives.

Incentive Design & Budget Management

• Support the design, modelling, and implementation of compensation schemes, recruitment packages, and incentive programs.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis, financial simulations, and ROI assessments for new initiatives.
• Manage agency budgets, accruals, package spending, and financial governance.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, expense monitoring, and year-end planning.

Campaign Strategy & Business Analytics

• Design and evaluate agency campaigns, contests, and incentive programs using data-driven insights.
• Conduct campaign performance analysis, behavioral analytics, and ROI assessments.
• Develop executive dashboards and management reports to monitor business performance, segmentation movement, and incentive effectiveness.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Lead financial forecasting, business modelling, and scenario analysis for agency initiatives.
• Prepare business cases and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor agency financial exposure, accruals, budget utilization, and compensation trends.

Governance & Strategic Projects

• Drive reporting enhancements, process improvements, and financial governance initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert on agency compensation, incentives, and financial analytics.
• Lead the incentive and campaign governance components of the Asia Agency Operating Guidelines.
• Support strategic agency transformation and business growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, compensation, incentive management, business planning, or distribution/agency analytics.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analytics skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other BI tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Insurance or financial services experience is highly preferred.
