Job Description

• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into clear user stories.
• Take part in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and refinement sessions.
• Produce functional specifications, workflows, business rules, and data-mapping documents.
• Support UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, running test cases, and logging defects.
• Help manage and update the product backlog, tracking dependencies and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines within investment and insurance products.

The Successful Applicant

• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within banking, insurance, or investment-related fields.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of mutual funds, bonds, equities, and insurance offerings.
• Skilled in drafting user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile project documentation.
• Familiar with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical mindset with eagerness to pick up domain knowledge.
• Effective communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders in agile teams.
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or SQL is advantageous.
