Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Management: Monitor, allocate, and optimize daily cash flow. Manage bank accounts and execute payments to ensure security and efficiency.

2. Payments & Reimbursements: Process employee reimbursements and supplier/vendor payments accurately and timely, ensuring compliance.

3. Procurement Support: Assist in procurement processes and platform development.

4. General Finance Support: Provide daily departmental support and perform ad-hoc finance tasks.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2. Professional qualification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred.

3. 1-2 years of relevant experience in the financial industry or an accounting firm. Outstanding recent graduates will also be considered.

4. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, including those of the SFC.

5. Familiarity with the operational rules and regulatory requirements of international futures or securities markets.

6. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

7. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
