Your new role

• Oversee the creation of punchy, compelling content for digital, owned and paid media channels, ensuring a strong and lasting impression with target audiences
  
• Inspire innovative approaches to engaging audiences and help set the organisation apart in a competitive market
  
• Lead and grow the content and campaigns team
  
• Provide strategic counsel throughout all stages of content and campaign planning and execution
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven unloveliness experience leading content, editorial and storytelling strategies in a complex, matrixed organisation
• Demonstrated success delivering high-impact, multi-channel content and integrated campaigns
• Strong leadership capability, with experience building and inspiring nonperforming teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence advising senior leaders
• A strategic, audience-first mindset combined with strong editorial judgement and creative flair
• Experience working with agencies and external partners to deliver best-in-class outcomes
