Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to CFCM as requested.
- Provide logistical support to CFCM as required.
- Prepare, copy, collate, bind, file, and distribute documents as directed.
- Assist in checking bankers’ expense receipts for accuracy.
- Organise bankers’ expense receipts for processing according to Company policy.
- Ensure compliance with Company policy for expense-related documentation.
- Communicate with Mailroom for correspondence and delivery needs.
- Manage printer supplies and stationery stock levels.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Office Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or office administration; Please refer to the below minimum years of experience table for reference.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize work effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with staff at all levels (good interpersonal and communication skills)
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
