Your new role

• Partner with business stakeholders and product teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and deployment of enterprise applications using modern cloud-native architectures.
• Drive application modernisation, system optimisation, and software quality improvements with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA engineers, and business users throughout the full software development life cycle.
• Support release management, application maintenance, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote the adoption of modern engineering methodologies, AI-assisted development practices, and emerging technologies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in application design, software development, and enterprise system implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript.
• Proven experience leading development teams and coordinating project delivery activities.
• Strong exposure to AI-powered development tools, code generation, automated testing, and development acceleration practices.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture, DevOps, containerisation, Kubernetes, and modern application design patterns.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and Putonghua communication skills
• Occasional travel may be required.
