What You Will Do

• Drive Innovation: Partner proactively with cross-functional business stakeholders to uncover and champion high-impact GenAI and digital transformation opportunities.
• Design Solutions: Translate complex business challenges into clear, well-defined requirements and target-state workflows, blending GenAI, low-code automation, and enterprise systems.
• Deliver End-to-End: Take full ownership of concurrent AI and digital initiatives. You will manage everything from delivery plans and milestones to dependencies, resourcing, and budgets.
• Assess & Prioritize: Lead comprehensive feasibility assessments-evaluating technical complexity, data readiness, risk, and scalability-to provide strategic recommendations and trade-off analyses.
• Connect the Dots: Act as the primary bridge between Business, IT, Data, Risk/Compliance, and external vendors, proactively resolving roadblocks and mitigating delivery risks.

Who You Are

• The Right Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, technology delivery, business analysis, or project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Tech-Savvy Leader: You possess a strong understanding of the technology delivery lifecycle, including solution architecture dependencies, data readiness, system integrations, environment management, and vendor coordination.
• AI & Platform Specialist: You have practical, working knowledge of the Microsoft M365 GenAI and Power Platform ecosystem (specifically Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate).
• Industry Expert: You bring experience from the insurance sector or other highly regulated industries, with a keen awareness of risk, compliance, and control considerations.
• People Manager: You have experience leading a small team of solution delivery professionals, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching, and workload prioritization.
