Senior Associate, FX Client Support -

LSEG is seeking energetic, customer-focused, and technically skilled professionals to join our Global FXAll Support Team in Mumbai.

The successful candidate will provide technical support for FXAll, a leading electronic trading platform used by global financial institutions. This role requires strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an understanding of network technologies, electronic trading workflows, and financial markets.

The ideal candidate should be capable of diagnosing complex technical issues, communicating effectively with clients and internal technology teams, and driving issues through to resolution while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for FXAll clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Support clients with issues involving: Network and connectivity troubleshooting, FIX connectivity and electronic trading workflows, STP (Straight Through Processing) and transaction processing, API and integration-related enquiries, Application performance and user-reported issues, Trading platform functionality and workflow support
  • Use troubleshooting tools, logs, and available diagnostic information to identify issues and support resolution.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Network, and Operations teams to investigate and resolve client issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify technical solutions for complex client issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior client contacts.
  • Monitor support cases to ensure adherence to SLAs and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge management activities.
  • Build strong relationships with global support teams and key business stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FXAll products, financial markets, trading workflows, and industry technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, operational controls, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Technical Support, Application Support, Production Support, or Customer Support within Financial Services or FinTech environments.
  • Exposure to Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange (FX), Electronic Trading, or Market Infrastructure is highly desirable.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an advantage.
