Overview

Gallagher Ireland is looking for a Commercial Operations Executive to support the Commercial Insurance Team in Ireland. You'll help keep administration and operations running smoothly, with work that supports clients, insurers and colleagues every day. Commercial insurance experience is not essential, as full training and support will be provided. This role suits someone who is service minded, organised, a problem solver and comfortable working as part of a team. How you'll make an impact

You'll provide practical administrative and operational support to the Commercial Insurance Team, helping work move through the business accurately and on time.

From policy administration and document preparation to renewal support, finance queries and claims experience requests, you'll be involved in the tasks that keep the team moving and help deliver a reliable service.

• Support policy administration and prepare client and insurer documentation.
• Manage worklists, operational trackers, diary tasks and batch processing.
• Support the pre renewal process and issue policy documents and certificates.
• Help with invoices, finance queries and claims experience requests.
• Keep records accurate and provide day to day operational support to the wider team.

About you

• You can help clients and colleagues with queries in a clear, polite and helpful way.
• You keep records accurate and pay close attention to detail.
• You can organise your workload and manage several tasks at once.
• You work well with others and bring a practical, positive approach.
• You are comfortable learning new systems, processes and insurance terminology.
• Previous experience in insurance is helpful, and an APA qualification would be an advantage.
• Commercial insurance experience is not required.
• You're willing to complete any relevant training and ongoing learning linked to the role.
