Job Description

Document processing includes:

• Receiving and Sorting of Documents
• Document Scanning and Checking
• Document Retrieval

Requirements

• Good reliability, attendance, and punctuality
• GCE N / O levels with relevant working experience
• Able to read and type with accuracy and reasonable speed
• Able to perform repetitive task quickly and accurately
• Able to learn departmental procedures and follow directions
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of document
• Able to handle and move boxes of documents
• Demonstrated proficiency using imaging technology and related storage requirements, image and document formats and PCs
• Able to contribute to building a conducive and professional working relationship with the team
• Open to 1 year contract with benefits
