We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.



You'll get to:

• contribute to diverse people engagement and talent management initiatives, aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience across the Global Wealth Management Europe, Middle East and Africa business unit (GWM EMEA)

• build strong organizational, project management, and senior stakeholder engagement skills in a dynamic, multicultural setting

• support the design and management of a portfolio of junior talent programs

• assist in designing, coordinating, and executing initiatives to drive leadership and employee development, health&wellbeing and talent retention

• collaborate with HR and hiring managers to identify talent needs, build a robust talent pipeline, and streamline recruitment strategies

• support the development and implementation of internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, engaged, and motivated

• participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and overall efficiency

• develop creative solutions and materials to support team objectives and internal communications



Your team:



You'll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zurich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We've successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You'll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.



You'll join the Innovation & Experience, People Engagement team in Zurich, a core function within the GWM EMEA Chief of Staff Organization, driving people development, fostering business growth, and ensuring top-tier client satisfaction. We work across the organization to empower junior talents, support and create talent development programs, and enhance our company's ability to attract, onboard, develop, and retain the best minds.

Your expertise:



We're looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor's or master's degree no longer than 24 months prior to the program start date

• has excellent English (written and oral), further languages welcome but not required

• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

• has a good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• is highly organized, responsible, creative, and motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

• in order to successfully complete the GWM EMEA GTP will be required to complete at least one rotation in another division of the bank, successfully complete the internal AI fluency training, and complete the Wealth Management Essentials+ program, a comprehensive curriculum designed to build your functional knowledge and competence in Wealth Management at UBS
