- Handle intercompany applications and invoices efficiently
- Collaborate with the commercial and buying teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing
- Oversee and manage approval workflows for all invoices and applications
- Respond to and resolve queries in a timely manner
- Work closely with the Purchase Ledger Manager and Senior team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Prepare, reconcile, and payment runs
- Support the Accounts team, Purchase Ledger Manager, and Senior Finance team with ad hoc tasks and queries as required
Requirements
- Well-developed organisational abilities
- High level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail
- Capable of performing effectively in fast-paced environments while meeting strict deadlines
- Familiarity with Sage 200 is advantageous, though not required
