Data Engineer

Summary: A leading London hedge fund is looking for talented Data Engineers to join their highly skilled and growing team. Responsibilities will include building out their cutting-edge hybrid-cloud data platform for large-scale data processing and working with investment teams across the business to process large, varied data streams from multiple sources.
Successful candidates will have: - 2:1 (or higher) in STEM from a top tier university
- Data storage/processing technologies experience - Kafka/Spark/Hadoop
- Proficiency with Java/Python/C#/Scala
- Great communication skills
- Finance experience a plus but not essential
