Deal flow across the firm remains significant, and they are now looking to hire an Analyst/Associate into the team based in Sydney.
This role will be to work closely with the senior executives in the firm across both advisory work for private companies and the provision of advice to public companies. The role will be heavily deal-execution focused and project management driven, with a large emphasis on client engagement and working closely with boards, CEOs, and CFOs of public company clients and with founders and the management teams of private companies.
Key responsibilities will include:
The ideal candidate will have gained between 2-4 years’ experience in corporate advisory / transaction services from either an investment bank, independent advisory firm or top tier CA firm. Candidates will have a strong academic track record, ideally Commerce/Law degree qualified, will have exceptional presentation, communication and project management skills and will be eager to work in a deal driven environment as part of a small team.
