- An essential part of the team in the due diligence, investment decisions, deal execution, and business development
- Evaluate business models and business plans
- Conduct and review analyses
- Work with 3rd party vendors and partners (consulting firms, accounting firms, law firms etc.) on deal execution (due diligence, transaction documents)
- Build and validate financial models
- Be the lead contact on questions and exchanges with investment targets/advisor
