Je recherche pour mon client, incontournable dans le secteur de la promotion immobilière, un Responsable Administratif et Financier (H/F). Le poste est basé à Paris.

Les missions principales du Responsable Administratif et Financier (H/F) sont les suivantes:

Comptabilité et gestion
Trésorerie
Financement
Consolidation pour la Holding et les Sociétés Civiles de Construction Vente
Gestion des risques
Suivi des cessions de créance
Suivi des actes de sous-traitance
Suivi des saisies et mouvements bancaires
Rapprochements bancaires
Suivi des appels de fonds
Suivi des factures d'honoraires
Gestion des factures d'achats et frais généraux
Gestion des règlements et comptes fournisseurs
Clôture annuelle en relation avec l'administration fiscale
Elaboration des bilans, des liasses fiscales, ainsi que des états consolidés annuels

Le candidat idéal pour ce poste a une expérience minimum de 5 ans, avec idéalement une bonne base en comptabilité. Une expérience dans le secteur immobilier serait appréciée, avec un passage en cabinet d'audit au préalable.
