Associate Director/ Director, Strategy & Business Development – Private Equity

Responsible for supporting the management team in the Strategy & Business Development activities of the alternative investment management business. This position will be hired in Hong Kong and expected high-demand travelling in Mainland
 

Key Areas of Responsibility 

• Take an important role for the fund raising campaign for USD PE China strategy
• Maintain effective relationship with investors, corporate and public markets
• Group cooperation and coordination, liaison with various departments, subsidiaries and stakeholders 
• Design and deliver fundraising strategy
• Travelling across Mainland to maintain strong client/ investor relationship

Requirements

• Master degree holder in finance/ accounting with at least 6 years of work experience in financial industry
• Prior working with placement agents, experience in USD PE fund raising is a plus
• Equipped to travel Mainland for client meeting and site visit
• Previous/ existing SFC license holder
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across various levels of seniority within a large organization
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation and negotiation skills
• Native in Mandarin and fluent in English, Cantonese is a plus
• Ability to work independently and a good team player
