Formulate data and comments to support overall corporate governance including business performance, budget planning, expense analysis and workflow optimizations, etc.
Drive for more efficient communication mechanism and coordination framework; support the management to monitor the operations in target business units.
Design and implement action plans according to strategic plans and decisions made in regular management meetings.
Keep tracking financial plan progress and budget performance, prepare corresponding reports and presentation materials regularly.
Gather life insurance and banking related industry intelligence including the regulations update, market study and peer information.
Carry out add-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree holder or above with major in Accounting/Finance/Statistic/Economics or related disciplines is preferred.
2-5 years or above experience working on project execution, change management in accounting firms, life insurance or personal banking industries is required.
Structure mindset and details driven with analytical skills, capable of examining and analyzing financial and management information.
Be a good team player and self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic for challenges. Could well manage pressure with excellent time management ability.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese.
