End-User Support Analyst (FintTech/Permanent)

Our client is a leading digital assets company headquartered in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an in-house IT Support staff to join their technology team and support their day to day End-User IT needs.

They are looking for someone with good technical knowledge in macOS and cloud-based platforms including Google Workspace.

Someone with prior IT support experience in FSI sector is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting for Desktop, Laptops, multi-function devices and mobile devices
• Deliver excellent IT service support to End-User
• Track and manage IT issues using ticketing system
• Participate on internal IT-related projects
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or projects when necessary
