Job Description
This job is to be performed by a HR specialist who has a profound knowledge of or have a great potential for assisting in development of the right HR products to meet the needs of the business. The product areas he/she is going to work on include, but not limited to:
Assisting to draft HR relevant policy and design the procedure, and review them on regular basis to strive for best practices
Working with internal and external lawyer to deal with employee relation case
Assisting in the development of C&B policy, system design and administration of daily compensation and benefits operations
Assisting in liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for C&B and P&P matters
Other HR products to be specified by the management
Core Qualification
Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources Management, Law or other business-related subjects
3-5 years of experience in HR field of major multinational companies
Problem solver with strong organizing skills and execution ability
Strong analytical skills, good understanding of accounting/tax principle is a big plus
Mastery of Excel, Word and/or able to understand Access applications
Systematically trained in the English language would be a plus
A team player and an effective and efficient communicator
Client-focused and detailed-oriented
Aptitude to multi-tasks and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints
Strong research ability
