Head of Operations (Commercial Bank)

 Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operation and staff members of the Hong Kong & Macau Branch operations to ensure efficient delivery of quality products and services to internal and external customers according to the established quality and service standards
• Formulate operations strategy to drive digitization and transformation for the commercial banking operations team
• Implement any new or enhanced policies, procedures, guidelines and risk management for Operations and to ensure full compliance.
• Work with external and internal auditors to ensure a smooth audit process for the bank

Requirements

• Cantonese/Mandarin is MANDATORY
• Have track record as change leader and management experience managing over an operational team of >100 people
• Solid experience of commercial banking products and services – cash management, trade finance, loans etc
• Solid knowledge on Hong Kong market practices, statutory rules and regulations
