Work you'll do

 

• Responsible for guiding the design and direction of application architecture, working closely with a range of stakeholders including the rest of the architecture team, application consumers, application providers, and business users
• Be a Technical Leader to other Developers and drive a team on complex Digital  transformation programs – with core skills around Microservices design, cloud-native development, accompanying DevOps planning, coding, and we're very interested in experience working with integrations on AWS native and/or non-AWS tools.
• Deliver architecture artefacts, standards, patterns etc. that will be disseminated to and used by enterprise/ solution architects
• Prefer that you have experience migrating enterprise organisations especially on automation and sustainable on-going maintenance of platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, Devops or IAC pipelines. But if not, we are keen to partner you with our Cloud Engineers together to create solutions.
• Advocate the Cloud business case and define this Roadmap with our clients
• Leverage Application Assessments assets to define the migration strategy to Cloud and how to transform the application to be Cloud ready
• Support the Presales activities and act as an SME to translate the business requirements into winnable solutions for our clients
• Plan, design and lead the implementation of large scale journey-to-cloud (J2C)

We are looking for someone with

•    Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Statistics/Sciences;
•    10 years or above industry experience and last position in Application Architecture in Cloud
•    Background in Software Engineering / Application Development and leading jui
•    Mastering the main Software Architecture concepts, and Microservices design preferably in AWS world
•    Experience on AWS CodePipeline, CodeDepoy, Lambda, API Gateway, Jenkins, Containers etc.
•    Knowledge of the main design patterns to ensure high-quality development standards
•    Application of DevOps, SDLC principles and SCRUM framework
•    Skilled in several of Java, Ruby, Python, .NET, SQL, Terraform or similar.
•    AWS certifications expected
•    FSI and Consulting experience would be an advantage.
•    Excellent Communication skills
