Product Manager-Overseas Trading Desk

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the planning of core infrastructure and clearing settlement systems for overseas securities and futures, including but not limited to demand collation, technical discussion, acceptance testing, etc.

负责海外证券及期货清结算核心基础系统的规划工作，包括但不限于需求整理、技术沟通、验收测试等；

2.Responsible for docking with specific business teams, Exchange, banks and other financial institutions, sorting out and formulating business processes, communicating and coordinating with internal and external departments to promote the implementation of the project.

负责与具体业务团队、交易所、银行等金融机构对接，梳理和制定业务流程，沟通协调内外部门推进项目落地；

3.Investigate and research the industry's leading digital solution practices, go deeper into the user scenarios, and continuously improve the company's digital experience. 调研业内领先的数字化方案实践，深入用户场景，持续提升公司数字化体验;

4.Other work required by the team.

Skills and Abilities

1. Master’s degree or above, major in financial economy and IT is preferred.

硕士研究生及以上学历，金融、经济、IT相关专业优先;

2. More than 5 years working experience with product manager, familiar with securities counter system and logic, with brokerage firms related experiences is preferred

5年以上产品经理工作经验，熟悉证券公司柜台系统，熟悉证券业务逻辑和流程，有券商相关经验优先；

3. Have strong continuous learning and communication skills, sense of responsibility and team cooperation.

具备较强的持续学习和沟通能力，富有责任心和团队合作意识;

4. Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
