Senior Data Governance Manager, Financial Institution

Responsibilities:

• To design, implement and manage the data governance for the Group
• Assist the Data Governance team to implement data technologies following by the latest data governance/ regulations
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and senior management team to ensure the data quality
• Collaborate with data architecture team to deliver the changes and projects
• Analyze and advise users on data products and data usage

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• With 8+ years' experience on data governance/ data quality management within financial services
• Strong awareness of regulatory requirements for Financial Services industry
• Advanced capability in translating complex and/or technical work and insights into straightforward business language, and the ability to develop this capability within teams
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of working with and influencing senior stakeholders
• Creative, innovative and passionate in the new century with latest technologies with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
