Senior / Business Strategy Manager (Product Due Diligence)

The role will be responsible for the development of new products relating to Global Markets. You are expected to have a deep understanding on the end-to-end workflow, regulatory requirements and risk control on the latest treasury products.

Responsibilities

• Work with Global Market traders in understanding their latest business initiative
• Get familiar with the product's market operations in the global banking industry
• Present new initiative to senior management and relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on launching new products
• Analyse the key risk factors for each new product
• Conduct product due diligence

Requirements

• Tertiary educated in business, risk, finance, economics or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience in banking or financial industry
• Understand operations and workflows within a commercial bank
• Able to work independently with various stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and active mindset, drive stakeholders to deliver
• Good knowledge and quick learning on treasury products, such as FX, rates, fixed income, equities
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua speaking will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
