Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end flow from product development, ongoing due diligence and channel management
- Actively participate in system enhancement projects and experience in digital projects would be a plus
- Formulate the sales and operation process and perform product control duties to ensure the workflow process complied with
- company standard as well as regulatory requirement
- Prepare MIS report and presentation deck for senior management
- Maintain cost budgeting for investment product team
- University graduate in business, finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in investment/ wealth management with sound project management, preferably in fixed income, securities and structured products
- Excellent knowledge in product design, product system enhancement and related regulatory requirements
- Good analytical mind and strong business sense
- Experience in private banking is an advantage.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position
