This high profile role will take ownership of the design and implementation of the management reporting to measure performance for the group, linking trends to strategic goals and financial results. It will also drive change as well as acting as the key financial advisor to the bank's business divisions. This role will have direct reports within Governance, Financial Reporting, Reconciliations, Payroll and Insurance. With at least 10 years banking experience and being CPA qualified you will also have had at least a 5 year track record of success oveseeing a finance department. You will have a broad understanding of Government Legislation, local tax rules and Central Bank regulatory requirements as well as working in a country where International Accounting Standards are used.
