Senior Advisor Customer Experience

Riverland Reply is seeking Senior Advisor Customer Experience supporting the development of our new unit focusing on IT and Business Consulting with a high degree of creative freedom in an innovative and international team

Responsibilities

• As a part of an agile team in intercultural context, you will be engaged in personnel planning, sales activities, and project reporting
• You will contribute to all pre-sales activities including value proposition to encourage our potential and current client to use our services and solutions
• You will be focusing on IT and business consulting; E2E customized solutions

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, business administration, or a comparable mix of education/knowledge
• At least 4 years of experience in IT/CRM consulting including leadership roles with people management responsibilities
• You enjoy all aspects of leading small teams, together with routine administrative tasks
• Working closely with customer to meet their expectations using fluent English, both spoken and written is not an obstacle for you; knowledge of German is a plus
• Open to occasional travel abroad and new business cultures
