Assistant Manager, Asset Management

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Support the development, review, and implementation of asset management strategies for Keppel Infrastructure Trust’s (KIT) portfolio of assets
• Support Value Creation team to develop and implement initiatives to drive business profitability and cash flow of assets
• Assist in managing commercial and legal matters with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain asset-level financial models
• Prepare reports, papers and presentation slides to the Board and senior management
• Participate in acquisition due diligence and post-deal integration  
• Support other KIT initiatives as and when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, and business management
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably managing critical infrastructure assets
• Strong financial modelling skills derived from a good understanding of accounting principles  
• Prior experience in ESG investing would be a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Energetic, team player with strong inter-personal skills
• Excellent business reporting and PowerPoint presentation skills
