Capgemini Singapore is looking for a Cloud Champion for one of its Financial Clients. Cloud Champ would be responsible for driving the adoption and successful implementation of Amazon Web Services (AWS) within an organization.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets. Leading the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and closing sales deals.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and aligning cloud solutions to meet their business objectives. Providing consultative guidance, conducting product presentations, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Cloud Solution Consultation: Advising customers on cloud adoption strategies, assessing their IT environments, and recommending appropriate cloud solutions. Collaborating with technical teams to create customized proposals, delivering compelling value propositions, and demonstrating the benefits of cloud services.
- Team Leadership and Development: Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team. Setting clear sales targets, monitoring performance, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to cloud services. Conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying opportunities to position cloud solutions effectively.
- Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product management, marketing, and technical experts to align sales strategies, share customer insights, and ensure smooth execution of cloud initiatives.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Providing accurate sales forecasts, tracking sales metrics, and reporting on key performance indicators. Presenting regular sales reports, analyzing sales data, and making data-driven recommendations for sales improvements and optimizations.
- Continuous Learning and Skill Development: Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in cloud technologies, sales methodologies, and industry best practices. Must have Technical Requirements / Qualifications
- 15+ rich experience with solution consultation.
- Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and other cloud platforms. Proficiency in cloud architecture, services, and solutions to effectively consult and guide customers in their cloud adoption journey.
- Sales and Business Development: Proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in the cloud services domain. Strong ability to identify and qualify opportunities, develop strategies, and successfully close deals. Demonstrated experience in managing the full sales cycle and achieving sales targets.
- Cloud Strategy Consulting: Ability to analyze customer requirements, understand their business objectives, and provide strategic guidance on cloud adoption and transformation. Capable of assessing current IT environments, defining cloud strategies, and creating roadmaps for successful cloud migrations.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers. Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, technical teams, and business users.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of cloud technologies, including infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS). Familiarity with cloud security, compliance, networking, and hybrid cloud environments. Proficiency in cloud migration methodologies and tools.
- Consultative Selling: Strong consultative selling skills, including the ability to understand customer needs, articulate value propositions, and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements. Capable of conducting product demonstrations, delivering persuasive presentations, and addressing customer objections.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, challenges, and best practices related to cloud adoption and digital transformation. Keeping up-to-date with advancements in cloud technologies and their impact on various industries.
- Problem-Solving and Consultation: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer needs, identify gaps, and provide innovative solutions.
