Our client is one of the Top Tier Investment Banks, looking for a dedicated Desktop Support to join their team in Hong Kong.
- Migration from a Windows 7 based O/S to a Windows 10 platform
- Provide daily technical support to end users including installation and troubleshooting on laptops, PCs, servers
- Support Microsoft Word based products include guiding the users through Self-Service fault finding
- Raise and track request or incidents in Service Now
- Report progress per user daily to project scheduler
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Engineering, or any related field.
- 3-5 years of working experience; min. 2 years of experience in IT desktop support position
- Excellent communication skills in English
