Product Owner - Data Science

Role Responsibilities:

• Partner with key business sectors such as Marketing & Sales, Logistics, or Manufacturing, steering their transformation to a data-centric model.
• Jointly formulate and communicate the product vision for data science solutions.
• Oversee product backlogs and develop solutions in an agile framework.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and front-end experts.
• Facilitate change management and bridge gaps between business and technology.
• Support the company's vision of becoming a "Data Driven Company".

Candidate Profile:

• Innovative, open-minded leaders who can function both independently and as part of a global team.
• Passionate about deriving value from data.
• Possess a Master or PhD in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Background in data science and familiarity with the entire DS solution lifecycle.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and leadership without authority.
• Strong communication, moderation, and change management capabilities.
• Strategic mindset focused on business value.
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates preferred.
