Graduate - Junior Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services

The Role

• To join an established team which recruits for senior and junior level hires across Asset & Wealth Management.
• You will be expected to work closely with team leaders, providing market research and mapping across a variety of disciplines within Financial Services.
• Relationship management and networking is an important part of this role and you’ll be expected to develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• You will be sourcing candidates through job boards, job advertisements and LinkedIn.
• Once you become competent, face to face to face meetings in London will become an important part of your role – travel expenses will be paid.
• This is an opportunity to work under senior consultants with multiple years’ experience in recruitment and Financial Services.
• There will be training and development to gain market knowledge, generate high-level recruitment skills and improve customer service.

Candidate Requirements

• An interest in Macro Economics or Financial Markets
• Graduate looking to get into Recruitment.
• Qualifications in either Economics or Business Studies
• Previous sales experience is an advantage
• Strong customer service skills/professional telephone manner.
• Good overall communication skills (telephone, face to face, email).
• Ability to build long term relationships and understand client requirements.
• Results driven, highly competitive, ambitious and determined.
