Applications Manager

Description:
We are partnered with a PE backed Data Analytics firm that are embarking on a journey of growth and transformation. They provide a leading analytics solution, advancing real time insights to their clients, as the product offering grows you will be integral to the business’ success.

The Role:
You will be a difference maker. Determined, ambitious, and persevering in nature will be key components of this role. An experienced individual in growth environments where a suite of applications needs to be managed to ensure service is to the highest standard.


Operating in a carve out business will give you access to challenges not often presented in a career, you will gain knowledge of maturing an application estate. You’ll be a core member of the senior management team, whilst being the go to person across the business to ensure users are satisfied and external relationships are maximised.

You will be responsible for management and support of the portfolio of enterprise applications, data warehouse, reporting solutions, enhancement of commercial software applications and mastering internal relationships to ensure user groups are optimising their engagement with technology and ensuring third parties are managed accordingly.

Role responsibilities:

• Working closely with the core leadership team on implementation of technology and modern platforms.
• Manage a suite of internal applications and build relationships across the business.
• Work with external vendors to maintain the highest service and operation level.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team and related functions to ensure product delivery is to highest standard.

Key experience

• Experience working in an ERP or CRM environment, Salesforce CRM, NetSuite ERP, Redshift and Tableau experience a plus.
• Experience in a management or supervisory role on an application delivery team.
• Provide in depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives.
