Digital Banking Business Analyst

The face of banking practices has changed drastically since mobile digital banks likes Revolut and Monzo burst onto the scene 8 years ago. Digital banking is now commonplace and in this ever changing environment it is paramount that competitors in the space keep up to speed with new practices, platforms, systems and ideas.

A leading advisory firm is doing just that by bolstering its digital banking function, and requires a consultant or product expert who has a background in Digital or Core Banking.

The ideal candidate will have:

The ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders (the role has equal emphasis on technical delivery and client engagement)
Experience working in core or digital banking is a must!
Expert knowledge and understanding of digital trends and challenges across industries, gained through project experience, contribution to thought leadership, articles, client recommendation, etc
Proven experience in providing leadership on complex, digital transformation initiatives, working with and/or running mixed technical teams to deliver the work

Nice to have:

- Coding experience, server side (e.g. Apex, .NET, Java) and client side (e.g. JavaScript, CSS)
