You will join Operations Management & Strategy as a core member of the central program execution group, leading one or more digital automation streams. As a Hybrid PM / Functional Lead you will oversee the functional delivery of multiple existing and new automation opportunities for Investment Banking and Cross-Product Utility Operations, reporting into the Program Manager or Head of Digital Transformation. You will manage opportunities from inception through to delivery acting as the technical liaison between the Business and IT stakeholders. You will also oversee the technology landscape for Operations automation initiatives.

Your skills and experience

Hands on development experience with multiple automation tools (Blue Prism/Power Platform/Automation Anywhere/Camunda/Power Platform, etc.)
Experience with Low Code/No Code tools and organizational Citizen Development upskilling
Target Operating Model Design
Relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably prior roles in Technology and/or Operations
University degree or equivalent experience
They need a front to back change professional with knowledge of investment banking
They want to build AI practice around billings within operations
Workflow / reporting automation
RPA Development experience is key
Someone who with engineering experience would be great especially if they have supported ops (has a knowledge of operations )
Experience within a COE for RPA would be great
Build out a AI Capability from the ground out with a focus on RPA
Proven portfolio
Working with power platform
Similar experience within MI reporting domain
Tableau and Ultrix
Blue prism RPI
Demonstrating experience with financial services in banking operations, technology background is fine, demonstratable interactions.
