Investment Specialist Support / Fund reporting, Asset Management, London

Our client, a top 10 global asset manager, is hiring an investment specialist on a 6-months contract basis to support the maintenance and production of fund data and client material. 

Responsibilities:

• Produce presentations and fund reports on a monthly basis and as required by the team
• Produce statistical product reports using Excel and VBA macros
• Coordinate the approval of pitchbooks with the compliance team
• Maintain products and team data updated across databases such as Morningstar and eVestment among others
• Support the production of newsletters, information requests, and presentations
• Support the output of fund data such as performance attribution and dashboards

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Fixed income acquired in an RFP, client servicing, content writing or another similar role
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and VBA
• Other European language skills are a plus
• Team player spirit with high attention to detail
