Investor Relations Associate/Senior Associate, European Private Debt Fund Manager, London, UK

About our client
We are working with a leading and innovative European fund manager specialising in private debt and real estate. Their Client and Product Solutions team is seeking to add a technically minded Associate or Senior Associate to their London office.
What the job involves
As a key member of this growing team, you will be responsible for project managing fundraising efforts across all product lines and finding solutions to complex client queries.

• Contributing to the development of due diligence and fundraising materials such as DDQs, RFPs and PPMs
• Assisting with capital calls, case studies, pitchbooks and carrying out bespoke investor quarterly reporting
• Managing inbound client queries and supporting DDQ requests
• Generating content for key investor-related events such as the AGM and LP Advisory Committee
• Partnering with the marketing, operations, legal and investment teams to develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and performance metrics

Who we are looking for

• Strong academic background with prior experience in client services within asset management or private markets fund manager/ placement agent. Experience in investment banking or accounting will also be considered
• Prior exposure to RFP and DDQ drafting is desired
• Understanding of private markets strategies and fundraising processes
• Good financial acumen able to disseminate complex data and information into investor friendly content
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Strong work ethic, collaborative team player, and high level of integrity
