The expanding London team is looking for an analytically-minded and commercial Investor Relations professional to focus on its private equity, debt and growth products. What the job involves

• Develop fund marketing materials for fundraising, roadshows, AGMs and ad hoc investor communications - i.e. PPMs, DDQs, case studies etc.
• Production and analysis of fund performance and portfolio company data for use in high-quality quarterly reports
• Produce market research, competitor analysis and presentations for internal strategic meetings
• Prepare materials for investor events such as annual investor meetings, advisory board meetings and other investor events
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective client relations services

Who we are looking for

• Educated to degree level from a leading institution with strong academic background
• A background in financial services - either in investment banking, consulting, transaction services, corporate finance or experience in a placement agent / IR
• Technically minded and comfortable understanding financial / performance terminology. Understanding of financial modelling would be beneficial
• Proficient command of English both verbal and written. Demonstrable ability to transform financial performance details into investor-friendly messages
• Familiarity or interest in private equity is a must
