A leading global institution is strengthening their successful Infrastructure division by hiring an Associate to focus on PUI investment banking. In this capacity you will originate and work on the execution of PUI M&A, financing and capital markets transactions across the EMEA region.

Your primary responsibilities will be to assist the platform with execution and origination:

Management of coverage and advisory delivery
Financial Analysis - developing company valuations and creating/analysing financial models, as well as conducting financing, comparative and pro forma analyses
Client Materials - preparation of presentations and other materials for clients
Running Transaction Execution - Interacting with clients and various levels of management, and acting as an integral part of the engagement team
Sector knowledge: Keeping very up to date with the markets and the sector developments, understanding regulatory frameworks in relevant jurisdictions to support developing advice, valuation and financing structures
Work cooperatively with product and geographic specialists

Experience & qualifications

Associate grade Infrastructure, Power, Utilities IBD experience
You will be seeking a dynamic platform with clear upward mobility to develop your career beyond Associate
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Extremely strong financial modelling and valuation skills
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Team player
