Senior Accountant (Practice)

I am working with a market-leading boutique Accountancy practice with an enviable client list to find an ambitious Senior Accountant to join their team.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with the intention that 3 days a week will be spent at their Fitzrovia offices, with the remaining 2 days working remotely. The company is keen to find a person who would like to progress to a Partner role in the near future.

Duties will include the following:

• Management of key client accounts including overseeing Accounts prep, Audit & offering strategic advice
• Preparation of financial statements & providing advice on personal and corporate tax
• Supervision & mentoring of colleagues
• Networking to expand & develop client base

In order to be considered, candidates should have meaningful experience within a UK Accountancy Practice and be a Chartered Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years PQE. We can only consider applicants who are eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can show initiative and independent thinking, and is actively seeking a role that will lead to a Partnership opportunity.
