With the business now into their fifth year, and approaching their second major round of funding, the board have decided it's time to invest in a dynamic, market savvy Treasury Manager to develop and implement a group treasury strategy and take ownership of their investment portfolio as they enter their next phase of growth.
Reporting directly into the CFO with daily exposure to the Exec team, this role is a unique chance to join a business that is doing crypto growth the right way, scaling at a sensible pace, and offering the opportunity to build something from scratch, in one of the most dynamic market spaces in the world, with a defined path to senior management in the next 2-3 years.
What's more, the business aren't putting their focus on finding a crypto-whizz, but rather an intuitive and strategically minded treasury professional who will bring the vision, investment and implementation knowledge and skill set to take a fledgling function to best in class. That said, some interest in crypto would be a good head start!
