Overview

Investment Solutions (IS) is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and delivery and monitoring of investment products and solutions to Deutsche Bank Wealth Management (WM) clients, utilizing industry best practices and an independent, and open architecture approach. You will be responsible for onboarding, execution, distribution, and after sales support for all managed solutions distributed to Deutsche Bank WM clients. The Funds and Alternatives product scope includes both traditional and alternative asset classes, including private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, hedge funds, mutual funds, and exchange traded funds. As the Assistant Vice President, you will mainly focus on Alternative Execution process for the Alternatives investments that the team covers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate subscription process for alternatives investments including verifying the accuracy of the documents and ensure any remediation required is completed

• Responsible for verification of accuracy of trailers received from 3rd party managers

• Monitor and support capital call process to ensure that the funds are sent to the fund in a timely and accurate manner; assist with K1s distribution to the end clients

• Provide post sales investment support to coverage teams to ensure clients receive a quality investment experience

• Assist with the onboarding and structuring of new fund offerings and support needed for the new product approval process. Work closely with coverage, operations, finance, and other support functions in connection with the distribution of fund products

• Support product marketing efforts by maintaining up to date fund marketing materials and coordinating marketing roadshows and manager presentations. Maintain approved product lists for mutual funds, exchange traded funds, and separately managed accounts

Your Skills and Experience:

• Detail-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated, and be able to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision

• Strong interest and understanding of investment funds including private equity, hedge funds, and mutual funds

• Ability to own projects as a whole, rather than a mere completion of a series of tasks

• Interest in current investment trends and understanding of global macroeconomic themes

• Ability to establish networks among sales teams and Deutsche Bank stakeholders
