Associate / Senior Associate, Growth and M&A Team, Global Private Equity, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Our client is a prestigious sovereign wealth fund that is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. The individual will be focused on cross-sector M&A opportunities and execution, particularly with reference to our client's growing body of portfolio companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Apply your M&A experience to execute transactions and support portfolio management across sectors
• Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
• Identify opportunities of benefit to the long term prosperity of Abu Dhabi
• Build and develop models to support M&A activity
• Developing sound investment plans across the portfolio
• Providing sector-specific insight and actionable intelligence for the investment committee

YOUR PROFILE:

• This opportunity would be suitable for an individual from a top tier bank's M&A team
• Sector generalists and sector experts are considered
• Proficient with LBO models
• You should have a degree from a top-tier university in a numerate discipline. Additional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, ACT or PRM are an advantage
• Strong cultural values of mutual support and co-operation
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
